it seems there are 291 & 306mm variants, it will be a 4mm spacer for two different types of caliper, as i would have to do 6 spacers to do one piece parts. (3x spacers for two types of caliper)
I'm confused. Surely if we all have the new 330 mm discs, then tha spacer will be the same? Remove exsisting spacer and fit new one of increased length, same as the new longer bolts? Or have I got my knickers in a twist?

If I have got it wrong, what dimensions of spacer do I need as I'm not happy about having multiple spacers holding my front brakes on, and then I'll have to try and get a spacer made up.

A 291 disc to get to 330 will need a spacer 19.5mm, a 322 disc will need a spacer of 4mm. What actual disc size do you have?

Here are the 4mm spacers, the longer one is the earlier caliper.

I have purchased a 6 bolt CP5200, to replace my 4 bolt versions and I have the smallest discs Cerb's came with so I presume 291mm

What is the size of the spacer already fitted to a 322mm version?

You probably have 304mm discs, you need to confirm this.
In which case we need a 13mm spacer, i can source the material and have this cut as the CAD program is set up.
I will need to do this for the Tam, and Tuscans who upgrade anyway.

Are they directional (curved vanes), non-directional (straigth vanes) or are they like the original, where you have to mount one side with the wrong direction of the curved vanes ?
And someone asked before, drilled or slotted ?

They are grooved not drilled if the same as the rears I got from Brummie. Not sure on the vanes without checking my rears

They are moulded excactly the same as the AP originals, but as a 330mm and with slots not drilled.

Cad drawing of the rear, but they will match this.

CP6600 here T-Chassis and late Cerb

Thanks for the pictures, but how are the cooling vanes organized ?
Do you have matching rears for the Sag ?

Vanes are as per original, Rears will be produced in the larger original rear size, so Saggy and Tuscan 2, will make a nice full upgrade for anyone wishing to.

So to be sure: As you say vanes are per original: The Vanes are curved, but on both disc the same way, so on one side the vanes show in the wrong direction ?

Probably the same reason That TVR did it, and Lotus with Elise's.
Leave it with you..

The discs will be on show at the Autosport show, on the CL stand on Thursday and Friday, we are also doing a charity painting of John Surtees who will be signing it, its a free prize draw so worth a go. ( a donation to the Surtees Foundation might be nice? wink )
