Light winter restoration

Hi guys,
I bought a '99 4.5 a few months ago and it's been in the garage since, now winters getting here I'm going to give her a check over and a bit of light restoration as I'm going to do a full body off resto in 2-3 years time.
The chassis is good as are the outriggers but the dreaded powder coat has come of in stupid areas ( random spots ) so I will rub these down, treat them and paint them over for now.
I'm going to remove all the wishbones and get these blasted and re powder coated as the fronts of the wishbones are gravel rashed, I'm also going to get new discs and pads etc.
New coilovers are going to be needed too as the original ones are looking tired.
I'm looking for advise when I get stuck or am not sure and of course I do my research but sometimes it's just easier to ask rather than spend a night researching a subject.
The first job is the fuel lines, the car hasn't been started up in a while but there's still seems to be a faint scent of fuel in the cabin area, the visible fuel line that runs from the rear to the front looks in really good condition but the large fuel line from the tank to the fuel pump is cream crackered so how do I go about changing this for starters?

I was lucky that my tank was pretty empty because as soon as I touched the hose it split. Fortunately I had a large drip tray to hand. If I remember right there is a jubilee clip at each end of the hose but the end that attaches to the fuel tank is through a hole in the fibreglass floor that was just filled with sealant. Pull the sealant away and it's all pretty obvious from there.
