Does anyone know this Cerbera?
Discussion
It looks a dog's dinner in my opinion. Respect is due to the owner for putting in so much time and in particular money, but to me it takes a true thoroughbred English sports car and bastardises it. The original design was low, long and lithe, sleek but aggressive, bold but not contrived. This takes that original design and butchers it with cartoon arches and drug dealer wheels, all in the meantime throwing away what was always the USP of the Cerbera and throwing it away for a tuned crate engine. I'm sure it's a lot quicker than even the most fettled AJP powered Cerbera, but then so is an Ultima if one wanted a kit car with a Yank engine.
It sold for 28k, and it was a cat C write off so at least it was saved from a certain tvr breaker.
The engine in question was a 5.7 so it wasn't more powerful but was easier to use in daily driving as was the 6 speed gearbox which again was easier to use in daily driving.example:
Some people like the mk1 lights some people like the tuscan style lights and each side slates the other side for doing so, so if an owner decides to make his car his own by adding his own style then I see no issue as most body parts are available to put back to original if the next owner wishes to do so.
Some people have worthless opinions instead of advise.
Don't shoot me down but I don't recall the original thread asking for the styling comments of the said car but ' does anyone know this cerbera'
Mini rant over please help your self to the popcorn

Just search cerbera, arches and you will find it
I clicked on that link to the Cerberas for sale page and was quite surprised to see Mole valley appear to be selling my car or at least using a photo of my car on their ad, Why not a photo of the actual car they are selling?
