I added the ACT Bearing kit on mine years ago, they supply slightly longer screws in the bearing kit which have worked fine in my car for the last 10 years or so and the original screws did the 12 years before that.

There is nothing wrong with the screws, they work.

That is indeed the factory screws. Think they are M3 or M4. I replaced mine with allen bolts.

I also added ACT bearings and plate when I done it.
Thanks for the tip, guys thumbup

Just checked their site and they claim that the bearings "these stabilise the voltage".

Are you aware of how this takes place scratchchin

Do Have to panic (as usual) about separating the Pots from the throttle linkage ?
and then reattaching them if I acquire the new bearings ?

Don't panic.... laugh
They simply register on the 'D' of the shaft... BUT... they will then need adjusting by rotating the body of the sensor to obtain the correct TPS reading, locking off with those screws.

OK Guys,
Bearings have arrived and aren't countersunk yikes so I'm gonna put some in.
Is the plate Alli or Steel ?

Did you use some kind of threadlock to secure them ?

No don't use thread lock as they go out of adjustment and you need to be able to loosen them to adjust.

Do you have the ability to plug into the ECU and read what the throttle pots are set to?

If not leave them alone for and wait until you can read the throttle pots before touching them.
