they would be a super-easy fabrication, just flat bar with a 7/16" hole and a slight kink at each end. I can measure mine tonight if you wish...

They might be super easy, but that is moot since I have no fabrication skills, so don't worry about measurements

However, thanks for persevering with your explanation of the D brackets - after staring at your photos and the brackets, I do now get it at last

I will be ordering them shortly

Since the passenger side ARB support 'arms' failed and have been rewelded (with the body on) and now the ARM is located so far back that it has made a hole in the wheel arch...
I have these holes too Paul, but I didn't consider the ARB to be too far back, rather that the eyes are over-large and make contact with the inner wing occasionally (ie full compression).
My solution was this,

The refurbed parts are piling up but, as there is currently no chassis to bolt them to, I am regarding them as art. laugh

New hand-brake back-plates, hard anodized and dyed black. Such a shame they won't be seen.

Original driveshaft parts zinc plated 'and colour' (appearance of 'cad & pass'). I'm favouring this over the plain silver as I think that looked a little harsh.

CV Joints and shafts just checked and painted, new boots obviously

As you can’t get on with the elephant in the room, (the chassis) this is the time to concentrate on all those little bits and pieces you don’t normally have time for.

While you are doing the high-tech stuff I’m just fixing a new hinge on the cupboard door in the motorhome smile

Nice work Rik.

Using a spirit level, Peter?... hehe
Knew a chap who fabricated a tyre rack behind the cab on his race-car transporter... lined it all up by squinting at the edges of the buildings on the farm where he kept it... looked fine until he parked it on level ground in the Silverstone paddock...
Of course, we never let him forget it rofl
