I have now been TVR less for almost 6 months now... Thought I could last with my Alfa 156 until my job sorted itself out...but no.. The time has come.. I am now in the market for a Cerb... 4.2 V8 Prob on a 96P plate... so the usual questions and answers required...
Service Cost...Major Problems...things to look out for...etc etc... All help and advice needed... Anyone here 23 with full NCB how much was your insurance...

Biggest insurance factor will be your location. For London, mine was around 2 to 2.5k.

I've managed to get a quote of £1400 from Elephant.Co.UK. Didn't know if I could get it any cheaper.

Like BiltonD, NU Direct were cheapest for me. Obtained nearly 20 quotes. NU will also make counter offers, and if you have more than 1 or 2 policies (eg home insurance), it's an extra 5% off

I'm 24 and pay £1,000 a year with Privilage.
Oh and by the way... My C8ERA 4.2 is up for sale!

Don't get a Cerb, you're destroying the exclusivity!!!!

Just kidding, go for it and enjoy, just don't get an imperial blue one if you live anywhere near Lakeside or I'll get paranoid.

I don't think the colour is going to me my main worry.... selling my kidneys to get the money together is a distinct possibility...but hey who needs them when you have a cerb..
