OK, just knocked this up quickly - excuse the crudeness, but simple is best.
B = for bayonet, W = those flat wedge bulbs.

let me know if you need anything more

Typical TVR.... Mine aren't exactly that arrangement!

And another thing...

...anyone thought of changing the interior light bulbs for a couple of these as well? Might be a bit Max Power, or cool mod?

They do white LED interior lights for £7, look like they would be significantly brighter that the standard. I wouldnt personally go for an coloured interior light though!

Deano,

this is a brill' thread, lots of info, thought and reaction.

You've convinced me !

The only thing that worries me is the light given off by the 'normal dial' in the photos.
My dials give off enough candle power to resemble coal in the black Hole of Calcutta...... at night..... in a heavy storm so I'm worried there's something more basic wrong with my lighting system before I invest in a whole load of stuff which may result in the dashboard being in my lap for the next 18 months and then end up not improving anything ! Good grief, what a sentence !

So you don't fancy a red light, then?

Also occurred to me that I should clean up any electrical connections while I am rummaging around in there. Has anyone used any of the special cleaners for this and have a recommendation? I saw some American stuff on the web made by CAIG, that seems good (in their own marketing blurb, of course!).

Mine aren't too great either!! Maybe not in a Heavy Storm though...

Unless there are black 'rot' strands of wire in the wiring you probably have the same as the rest of us and it won't be an issue. Ultra Bright LED's give off more light for the same power drain anyway...

Give it a go with just one bulb if you worried, it might show you the

Cool thread with so much info on it, Top Work Fella! So if I order the above from Ultra that's all I need yeh? You should buy em in bulk, add a few wiring details and put em up on ebay, you'll make a fortune!

One more question, if I simply fit all the above do I need to uprate fuses and fir resistors etc? Or is it simply fit bulbs and forget?

I thought I'd share with you the interior pics before and after fitting LED's to the interior.
I'm still waiting for delivery of the dash bulbs, so pics will follow when done.

Thse bulbs were off eBay for pennies after contacting a few more saught after companies didn't bother returning my enquiries.
