Phil - How many TVR's do you need?!

I like Cerberas. Received my "You're being processed" email today.

Firstly for context I am a big fan of Cerbs, love mine, but last Cerb...hmmm

Terry S in my region was supposedly the owner of 'the last Cerb' as reported in TVRCC Sprint, which is a black with black leather and carbon fibre interior and was built specifically for NS as the last Cerb but who then allowed it to be sold to him as the last.

Wasn’t this a Tuscan S with all that carbon fibre, bolted on...the 20 DVD screens shoved in, oh and what was it 600HP with NOS… give it a rest. It was at some motor show; one guy on the stand told me the whole body shell was carbon. I just laughed and told him to stop being so naïve. As I’ve stated, I’ve heard there’s been a few ‘Last of the Cerberas’ – where they are, who knows!
I recon ‘this one’ will end up in Saudi or somewhere like this? The Boss Cerbera is one of a kind, stupidly they should have done this to ‘this’ last one… made it unique. As for the specs... phah!

Nope, think your thinking of another car. This is a Cerb 4.5 with a few frills, built for and specced by NS shortly after he took over company and Cerb was being axed, and when Terry approached them he decided to let him have it. No screens, no 600bhp but a very nice black on black example and the last official based on number sequence.

Correct and, IIRC, this car had the 'team photo' etc. to commemorate it being the last chassis number. The white car is the second time NS has built himself "one more" then opted to flog it.

Last out the gate (mine) and last registered (spectraflair) are neither here nor there in terms of "lastness".

Still, it will make an interesting piece of trivia in the future that there were (so far ) five Cerberas of varying "lastness". How very TVR.

Terry's is the original last though!

Nipped up to Cicely today for a look, not too taken with the colour especially with it being the 'last one' again.

Yes very TVR , my old V8S was one of the last made and had a later chassis number than the offical 2nd to last, never did find out if it was later than than the last, but probably not. Apparently chassis numbers don't count, ven though they have the annual build sequence in them, that didn't make it the 2nd to last though

just tried to register to watch the auction, but it asked for card details, but cause i knew i wasn't going to buy i didn't put in my real details, it turned out that registration is now closed and it was to order a brochure eek

so not only do I not get to see the auction, I've ordered a brochure I didn't want with fake details and can't contact them to cancel it, think I'm going to get a visit from the fraud police boxedin
