Boys and Girls, only had my Cerbera 4.5 for just over a month and have yet to hit the rev limiter/ shift light-i know it has both but at what rpm does this come in at??? Don't want to wreck the engine!! On another point, what is the best method of starting it again when it is hot? do you need to press the loud pedal during or before hitting the black button??
Excellent car, where do you go from one of these monsters?? As Clarkson says 'more powerful than a south american dictator'!!

I have a S6 Cerb and my change up beep happens at 7250 rpm, rev limiter is at 7500 rpm. Not sure about the 4.5 but think it is similar.

Note on how best to start the car when hot.
DON'T press the accelerator !!
When the engines hot you should just press the ON button and the car should spring into life.
If you pump the accelerator then you can damage the car, in my case I blew the Lambda censor..... needless to say it was expensive !

It will also foul the spark plugs.

I seem to remember the light comes on at 7000 rpm buzzer at 7200 and fuel injection cut off at 7400 in my 4.5 but seems like a long time ago that weather allowed such heavy footed behaviour......or is the buzzer at 7000......i dont think you will damage the engine as the injection cut off takes away that part of the equation....have fun
