Cerbera/Tuscan rear brake discs

I'm sure I already know the answer to this, so guess I'm just after confirmation, but are the Tuscan and Cerbera rear brake discs different?

If so, are they different in anything other than diameter?

The Cerb ones are specific to it iirc, because of the handbrake mechanism.

Doh! I think I was thinking that the Tuscan and later Cerbera's shared the rear disc, but I was getting confused with the front. What do the later T cars use for a handbrake?

EDIT: Looks like they have a cable operated mechanism on the caliper. Dam TVR deciding to do something different for the Cerbera!

Discs really, since they seem to be half the price of the Cerbera items!

I was kind of hoping that they only difference was in the diameter, meaning we could all benefit from buying the cheaper Tuscan disks and then just getting them milled down. But alas, it appears TVR were sensible when it came to the Tuscan and used the same system that they used on the later Chimeras and Griffiths (cable operated mech on the caliper).

Nope, Cerbs had 2 pots on the rear, Tuscans have singles (or the one I have does anyway)

Cerb rear set up is bespoke to the car.

2 Piston AP caliper
Handbrake mechanism on a drum internally.
Disc is bespoke for the car too.

I "think" the MGZT-T uses the same or at least a similar rear disc although I think the diameter is slightly different, not sure about disc set back though.

Found out the ZT-T 260 discs are 332mm, but can't find anywhere that sells them!

Yea, 306mm x 23mm and £300 a pair

Or there's the Racetech option at £450 a pair

Looks like the Tuscan guys have got a bargain there as that looks like the J0760

You could fit the Tuscan rear discs and use an adapter to fit the sliding caliper .The AP caliper is lighter but the Cerbera disc is a lot heavier plus you can get rid of the shoes etc. You will end up with a better handbrake( Essential conversion for TUV I believe )
The first time I did it I got a handbrake cable specially made but now use a pulley on the end of the short cable and one loop on the tuscan handbrake cable.

When on track the rear wheels/discs get as hot as the front, they are working really hard

I wouldn't want to lose any of that performance
