Thanks for comments SJC. I have read reports about the HSV and was impressed with the performance figures. Who actually would do the servicing of the car? I'm in Glasgow and I haven't seen any advertised up here.

Cammy, for more info speak to Rod Clausen at HSVUK on 01908 262623. I tried everything I could think of before buying mine and I've never regretted it. I had an M5 for a weekend and it is a truly great car, but strangely when I gave it back it left me cold. With the HSV I get that twinge of excitement when I start it up just like you get with the TVRs, and I also have more confidence it will get me there! (there is now a seperate section for HSV on the gassing station)
