Presenting yourself as a sacrifice in my world is just stupid, and then employing criminal tactics to get them to pay, (ahead of other creditors mind you) 1st is illegal and 2nd is down right stupid.

To solve this problem, talk to your solicitor, who will talk to the liquidator. Jumping on forums with a biased view does not solve things.

Talk to Karl/liquidators and take it from there, otherwise you could find yourself in alot on unnecessary trouble.

These threats of "blackmail" were that I would post on pistonheads in 2011 and let people know that he was stealing people's money. Is that blackmail? As far as I know selling my car and not paying me is theft. Letting the public know about such activities is called an exercise in free speech.

Believe it or not this same lawyer got pistonheads to delete 2 threads exposing Karl with the threat of legal action. Because of this Karl went on to ripp off more and more people and the public where none the wiser. He we go again.

As far as the metropolitan Police are concerned I have never heard from them,an outright lie. Please provide dates and times of the report, I would love to see a copy. When I posted on Pistonheads before in 2011 this same lawyer told me I would be in trouble if I landed in the UK because of what I posted on an internet forum.I posted on PH I am not Abu Qatada. I am not that niave, although some poor guillable idiots may believe it.

This "lawyer who uses a hotmail email address" basically said to me and to others, and I have proof of this, that Karl was now not paying us because we had posted on internet forums. He used this as a pretend dispute to confuse and delay things. Pretty outrageous when Karl took our money and did not pay us.

Now, for malicious and downright nasty threats I should have reported to the police is Karl threatening to "come and sort me out". This has happened on at least 5 occassions. Comfirmed also by David Yu and others that this is a bully tactic used.

Now you can see what a nasty piece of work Karl is, he nows gets his attack dog to try and discredit me and make me look like a gangster. Totally dispicable. How about the man comes on here an explains himself here. Errr no because he knows he will get his ass cyber whooped.

As for seeing the liquidator, I have been in touch with them too, so I am up to speed with everything.

Is this a joke? I have Karl's personal number which I have been calling for the last 2 years, why would I call that number so I can end up hearing more crap about why I am not going to be paid.

Seriously Mr Khan, posting on an internet forum is now criminal?

Why I am posting is because Karl has made me his biatch for the last 4 months by promising to pay me, this bought my silence about everything I know, and I know lots. I even went and put in a good word for him in promise for payment and he even backed out of that, shame for Karl because I was really serious about deleting everything and walking away with my money. That was the last straw for me. Being his poster bh and then being told I have to delete all my posts from pistonheads, fchat and clubscuderia before he pays me. The man is a master manipulator, backtracks on his word and moves the goalposts constantly.

This is not about being first in the queue, Karl responds to priority cases only. As his lawyer you know about the ones coming up, I am sure they are weighing on his mind more than me. Good luck with them, and good luck with the Police investigation too.

This is about warning the public of a man who takes people's cars, sells them and returns partial or no funds at all.

Its extraordinary how calm and polite people are about this fraudster and his family, look at the monies owed, they sum to vastly more than it takes to run some pokey north london garage...the boy and his offspring have done very well out of defrauding people.

It would be interesting to see what clauses should/would have made any difference, so that others may be able to protect themselves with SOR arrangements in future. If this chap is a lawyer, I would be interested in how he would draft such a contract.

Being one of the few people on these forums who is easily identifiable, I just wonder about so many new unidentifiable posters especially on this thread who seem to support unusual positions on this issue.

I would make sure that not one customer walks in his place without knowing exactly what sort of person they're dealing with and I wouldn't leave until I had my money in my hand.

However it isn't...vast numbers of people defraud in UK. It is so easy to fold and re-open companies that for many its almost a sport.

I posted before that I heard a guy is going to town on Verdi it looks like it might be working, Karl's son has to meet some goverment commitee and answer questions under oath. Not that this family gives a toss about telling the truth but at least this guy is getting through to the right people to get something done. So true. This Verdi is some mongrel. Reminds me of a client who owed me money and one of the litany of excuses was that his father had passed away and thus he had probate issues etc etc. A few tiring weeks later I turned up at the clients apartment and lo and behold, his father answered the door. Brilliant. They will always get their medicine eventually.
