Yes, he was declared bankrupt on 4th April 2012 according to Insolvency website - http://www.insolvencylist.com/What a surprise !

A large percentage of people know somebody nasty, but there's no way of knowing if the nasty people the other side know, are nastier than yours . . . . . . so it's best to simply wallop them in court, as judges don't tend to be that violent

HMRC for 67,000 GBP outstanding, so I heard. I even heard something about the VAT bill last year but no idea if it is related to his person bankrupcy.
I guess only his son to go now.
