What a great thread, thanks for letting us share the story. I pass Lanzante a couple of times a month, never realised quite what they did.

What about the yellow windscreen flashes of the #60 car in the above pic- haven't seen them on your GTR before?

Missing the little Bridgestone sticker on the lower front bumper as well.

But it looks absolutely magnificent either way, glad you got to take it up the hill Andy.

Present day I'd live without them - they were just there to allow the team to easily determine which of the two cars was which on track since their liveries were identical. He's not trying to win a 100-point concours award with the car afterall.

Car looked great going up the hill....

Camera on top in the second pic? Footage?

How many trips up the hill did it get to do?

Andy, I wandered past on Sat afternoon. Car looked awesome. Was that you fiddling with the camera on the roof? Didn't want to disturb you

They are going on aswell! Plan is to get back to how it looked when it was raced. You see the back of the car yet? We put all the original bumpers and grills on.

Sorry all the posts but can't get the multi quote to work!

Car did 6 runs, I did 5 of them.

Will be footage when I can get it downloaded.

Haven't seen multi-quote - if it helps, I single quote each relevant post/ parag then copy & paste them into one comment box.

Who was the lucky so-and-so to get the other drive?

I'm pretty sure it was Dean Lanzante.
