RE: Ferrari F430
Discussion
Ferrari have done it again, the F430 looks amazing,if I order it will be without the stupid writing on the mirrors. Other then that it is perfect, wouldnt change a thing. Love to see a picture of the spider version.Anyone who was smart enough to get their deposits down early deserve every happiness. Any would be lady owners,WILL YOU MARRY ME

The interior looks fantastic.
And I must say, the car looks much better and more interestingly detailed inside than Lamborghini's which, IMO, are far too dull inside.
Detailing like the steering wheel buttons and such like are nice touches. Audi take note...
I'd agree, the detailing in the interior is beautiful, sadly Audi have transplanted the interior of an A4 into the Gallardo.
Hmmm...Exterior definitely does look impressive - they've gone for the Enzo styling over the 612 - thank god! But the interior is a bit dodgy - especially with the strange fox-fur lined footwells?! I think I prefer the Gallardo inside, bit more subtle.

She's so cute. Perfectly proportioned. I'm warming to this car a lot faster than the first time I laid eyes on a 360.
I like the writing on the mirrors. I love the way the stock wheels show off those massive discs. I like the pronounced sills...its all lovely.
My heart flutters a little thinking what the CS version could look and perform like, especially if its almost 500bhp stock.
Why do they have to draw these things out! Why not release the spider and challenge cars all at once.

So what does the steering wheel switch actually do? I've zoomed in on the picture but can't quite make it out.
I'm talking about the right hand switch btw, not the one with 'Engine Start' in big letters. Which in iteslf doesn't seem a brilliant idea as you may accidentally hit when driving rapidly.
It Changes between race mode, sport mode, asr off and for driving in slippery conditions
Think it looks smart would mind getting the spider when it comes out

A bit too much like the 360 for me!! I know it only like wha they did wi 308/328 and 348/355 but this time its been too long until a new shape
Maybe, but I think they've taken the smarter idea of evolution here. Coming up with something completely different, can leave you fairly open.
Side angles look cool, but the front is too derivative of the 360. I think they should have made it more spectacular like the Mk2 Elise or Lotus M250 concept. The rear is aggressive and masculine but the front is feminine and too flat, with the bottom bumper looking like the bigger bumpers of the late Mk2 VW Golf GTI.
Do love the side scoops and the rear lights are too blatant a copy of the Enzo, how about adding silver fins on them, or making them in a torpedo shape rather than round & flat.

slightly O/T - my apologies:
I like the 430 - it looks great but I do think it still has too much of the 360 about it. A few weeks ago one of the magazines got one of the UK manufacturers design teams to do a study on carrying our a revamp of the daytona and the Dino (ala the Ford GT40 style modern interpretation etc. etc.)
The results looked stunning on the page and I guess what would have done it for me would have been the technology, chassis and engine of the 430 in the body of the modern interpretation of the Dino - did anyone else see this article or maybe have a pic from them?
