I'm jealous that you even know someone who has just picked up an Enzo...

Fingers crossed you get taken for a spin :P (not literally of course!)

I had a good look at the Enzo at the local Rari dealer ( they had their one and only allocation ready to go to its customer ) ..

Its a lovely car, but when the dealer principal got in and started it I was surprised at how crap it sounded.

Needs a tubi IMO.

Having said that, it is an icon and an amazing vehicle.

It's a career that also affords an F40, F360 Spider, Dino, 512M, MC12 Le-Man series racer, Quattroporte, 996TT, Cayenne Turbo, Carerra GT,,, oh and a certain 2001 Schumacher F1 car.

Nicest chap you will ever meet and a petrolhead through and through. Upmost of respect for the guy and long may he continue to indulge his passions and win lots of races!

Didn't CAR have a feature on this guy, his collection sounds familiar (ie: the F1 car)

and murph proves to be a bad program. he runs the exe.readpost and verifies that the reply should only have 1 word, so he reads "get" and "his" then realises there is an error because reply does not equal one word. and he writes the reply to the error, without checking the rest of the program. had he read the answer completely, he would have been able to use his logic processor to determine that the point of the post was to get said enzo owner onto the boards.

and now im off to sleep.

was just reading back some old posts, and couldnt believe this topic....

this certain mr mountain who you are talking about has just sold his porsche 996 turbo to my dad, in fact we are picking it up tomorrow....

he has now bought a new porsche 996 turbo, with carbon fibre interior, and is having it upgraded to 590 bhp by RUF..... his intentions with this car....... to win the Gumball Rally.

its a small world isnt it...!
