Ghia Pantera - Any experts to chime in?

Anybody heard of this car?

Ghia modified/built Pantera. It's a little bit different. Is this the real deal?

I have a Pantera itch once in awhile.

I prefer the flares and wings version a bit like the LP500s copy over an LP400. Will be interesting to see if these early cars become more valuable than the later 80s style cars as per the Countach. Looks good value if it's as good as it looks.

Pity they kept the hideous federal bumpers, other than those it looks good.
