That is lovely... only way it could be improved is if it was a convertible, then it would be pretty close to my idea of perfection. Enjoy!

Why would you subject yourself to driving a 1.2 Corsa?

In his defence I do use a 1.2 Corsa for gym trips. The spaces are so tight and people are extremely clumsy, so door dings are inevitable. It's nice to drive something that you don't have to worry about.

I also use it when visiting particular clients/suppliers.

Bingo!!! It also sips fuel it’s awesome when you just want to drive something and not worry also makes the Maserati even more special when I get in it after a long few days in the Corsa lol.

I am sure I saw your c63 post about having an r8 before? Your insurance must be a joke, I am the same age as you and been looking at a new car and v10 r8's/c63's/m4's are silly prices. Guess living in a city kills me

Insurance is fine I had the R8 at 26 and it was reasonable with Classic line I’ve now been with them years they know my driving history and really look after me the Maserati was £900 for the year this time round.

Wow! To have one group B legend is very cool but to have 3 is amazing smile

Any pics of the other 2? Particularly the RS200?

They all drive completely differently, albeit are of course all four wheel drive and are all enjoyable in their own way.

6R4 - the most mechanical and by far the loudest and the most fun to drive.

T16 - the most car production like and the most all rounded, which is no doubt why it won more world Rally championships than any other Group B car.

RS200 - came too late at the end of Group B in 1986 but with development would have been awesome. Quite a smooth drive...until the turbo kicks in.
