The Italian Days at broooklands cover everything from Fiat to ferrari. Trade is a little thin on the ground.

I'll be going ... and I haven't even got an Italian car

Difficult to put politely, but I dont want to turn up and have ferrari owners looking at me like im scum just because my car isnt worth as much as theirs. How does it work out? perhaps there is a sub £1500 value section

Certainly not the case on these days - ok theres 'marque parking' but then there will be an alfa and a Fiat section no doubt - last year the regiments of pandas and puntos were enormous

I would imagine that the alfa may garner a fair bit of attention too

As the new arrival is due into Felisxstowe dock in the next day or so a trip Brooklands is the first outing to aim for. The De T's maiden voyage, its been a long time coming folks!

Having said that no doubt customs and Excise and the DVLA will do their level best to ensure its not ready to roll until at least November.

Vario-man; I've just enjoyed a perusal of your profile, and therefore the interior of you most elegant current steed. I lingered for literally minutes, its just so god damned inviting. As you say, they don't make 'em like they used to Lovely thing; I'll make an effort to drag myself to this event for sure...

You may have already picked up my other posts on ‘General Gassing’ and ‘Yesterdays Hero’s’ but she is being collected on Friday! Now it’s down to the DVLA not behaving like morons and the Deauville will be wheezing her way down from Suffolk.

Fingers crossed as I really want this one to be her first proper outing

Can any of you good people point me in the direction of the flyer type thing that was created for the see red do last year?
I don't like having stickers on the car but would quite like to identify it as a PH vehicle on the day.
