F355 spider care

Right,
Car arrives tommorrow.
I a complete F novice, i have no clue how to look after the beasty. Give me some tips.

Do I get it armourfended. Please dont mention exhausts just yet!!!

I have been advised by dealer to install additional windscreen wiper to wipe all the knickers off.

Dealers talking shit, no knickers need to be wiped off! Seriously though, get the inside wheel arches armourfended, and other bits if you want, but IMO it doesn't look that great on the bonnet and bumper.

Keep the top up when not in use, use the tonneau when in use (I never do but hey!), wait till the oil is between 170 and 180 degrees before booting it. Don't knock and damage your wing mirror, or go into NCP's, or be too brave around kerbs etc...

Check the oil every week or so and it must be done when the car is hot (dry sump), needs a top up of about 1litre every 3,000 miles or so, but I guess it depends on how you drive it. Oil is poured in through the dipstick area too, also be careful not to burn your hands!

Otherwise they are pretty easy going, no special needs. See you soon hopefully!

Only said that because my girl was watching over my shoulder as I typed! They don't throw knickers at you, but lately got a lot more "direct" attention from girls, including requests to drop them off home etc. Didn't think of the car for this kind of attention but if you go looking for it, its there (I don't go looking for it).
