No matter which car from this list an 18 y.o. is driving, people will think that it is his Dad's (which it is after all, let's be honest)

The DB9 sounds fabulous, but it has to be the Lamborghini. So...

None of them, he sounds a real charmer this one.
1) Lambo=Chest Wig (bum fluff doesn't register)
2) DB9 = Far too sophisticated
3) Bentley = Wilmslow Noveau Riche
If daddy's prepared to buy one for his 'Billy Bunter' of son, then I'd stongly recommend he purchase a return ticket to the real world.

Has to be Lambo of cars listed, but should be 911 untill the poor little mite has the gravitas to go with the car. Like the idea of the Noble - at least then people would know that he knows his cars instead of knowing his bling. If he wants to buy into the 'British' thing a AM V8 Vantage would be more cool than DB9 (so new darling)but if he wants to say to heck with money I want British but don't care how it performs a new Bristol will do. If you want the best hypercar buy an Ultima.

I wouldn't think that the Gallardo needed a chestwig. Surely, that is something you need for the V12?

As for purchasing a ticket to the real world, bit harsh there. If your parents were offering you a decent motor when you were a youngster.....please don't try telling me you would tell them "mum, dad, I 've been thinking, perhaps we should get a golf and hold off on that Lambo for a bit".

Went to the Aston service centre in Hong Kong yesterday to get a really good look at the DB9. Naturally, 5 of the 6 cars were in black. Such a beautful car.

Sorted out a test at the Rolls/Bentley/Aston of Beverley Hills for this Tuesday. Not going to bother with the GT as I can't stand the bloody thing.

He is a decent enough diver though. One of the few people I have ever lent my car to, which is a huge vote of confidence. Or is that because I know he has the cash to cough up if he stuffs it up
