Beware of the weather this Saturday morning - 45/50mph winds predicted for the Chichester region. Unlikely to start uprooting trees but certainly could be some debris on the roads.

I can't make it now - gutted as looks like fun with some lovely cars going.

Apologies Ian, but would hope to make the next one.

  • ** The event IS still going ahead and details have literally just been circulated to everyone ****
We have between 30 & 40 car's taking part and there is still space for some more if anyone would like to come along.

The weather is going to be 'mixed' with 30-40% chance of some rain but also some sunshine in between. The weather is forecast to start off better in the morning than its likely to be later in the afternoon, so finger's crossed we'll get the better of it!

Please don't be put off, we have a great starting location and an interesting route planned down to Goodwood, which should take about an hour and is circa 36 miles long.

Looking forward to seeing you all in the morning.

Apologies but I’m going to duck out and will front up that it’s a weather orientated reason! Looks fairly wet and windy out there!

Apologies for the late notice but hopefully catch up at another, inclement meet.

Cars weren't all parked together but it was a decent turn out considering the changeable weather.

I parked the silly Fiat in the gravel car park on opposite sides of circuit.

Thanks to all who braved the weather on Saturday, I hope everyone enjoyed themselves.

A special "Thank You" also to Pescara International who kindly let us meet at their new premises and laid on coffee & pastries before we headed off down to Goodwood.

http://www.pescaracars.com/

Despite there only being a few of us we still donated £162 to Saywell International's Charity collection pot - A BIG "Thank You" to those that kindly contributed.

Finger's crossed the weather will be kinder next time.

Until the next one.... Chao!

Yes, infortunate and very expensive - both ends done. Someone saw it and phoned me when I was at Goodwood. We thought it best not to mention it to the Saywell chaps wink

Just incase anyone was thinking of attending Goodwood V power Breakfast meet in November,
it has been cancelled.
The carparks have not recovered from the Revival meetings poor weather.
