What next after GTR??

Aren’t they just called 12c’s? Mate of mine worked on the procurement of certain parts of the car and said they dropped the mp4 bit
My bosses mate has a 12c and he deliberated about renewing the warranty which was about £4K a year. Within a few months of renewing the car needed a new gearbox which would have cost him £18k

They did after a couple of years. Originally they were called the MP4-12C then it just became the 12C. So on the V5 etc it will still say MP4-12C on the early cars.My bosses mate has a 12c and he deliberated about renewing the warranty which was about £4K a year. Had my r35 for a while now and would like something a little more exotic/ refined . I love the gtr and at 660bhp I knows there's not much in terms of performance that will match it but it's only a weekend car and I don't track it . Staying under 80k what options are there? R8 v10 plus , cayman gt4 , California, gallardo , f type r or svr? Anyone else changed from a gtr ?
The R8 V10 plus is absolutely superb, the s-tronic gear box is excellent and they fit well within your budget, I had the Capristo valvetronic exhaust on mine and it made a massive difference compared to the stock exhaust. jakesmith said:

I have been told if you buy any McLaren, a warranty is an absolute must as the repair bills are astronomical if they go wrong. My bosses mate has a 12c and he deliberated about renewing the warranty which was about £4K a year.
