Hi Pete,

Sounds like a nice exhaust and I am seriously thinking of getting one too. If its not too much trouble can you email me please any pictures or sounds you recorded.

I placed a message here:
www.maserati3200.com/forum/tm.asp?m=68 if you want to upload pictures etc or I can do it for you.

(I think the picture which I received from Larini is of your car - looks real nice).

Thanks
Gavin

Well they up my Exhaust Install!
They Sprayed the previous damage with a can of spray and Hoped I would not notice !
WELL I DID YOU TOSSING BUNCH OF AMATUERS!

Upon emailing and writing to them I was met with the Excuse that the Service manager had been away and he cant keep an eye on the staff!!! So its official
A certain Dealer on the South Coast makes Chop Shop Repairs and then becomes arrogant when questioned .
This is Twice in two weeks and IM FEKIN LIVID.

The Service Manager then gets back on the Phone and wants to arrange collection of my car adding another 160 miles to the clock and leave me with a Fekin Jeep ! (I got one of these already you tts!!!)
Where's my Maserati Loan Car you cheap C and my Trailer for the collection of my beloved car?

What Do I have to do to get through to these C:Censored: Amateurs ?
They Think they can screw you and the try to make you feel you are getting a good deal.
Well another 160 miles on the clock and my tyre wear for their mistake.
Never again will I deal with this company.

My Question is what compensation is acceptable on this latest catalogue of errors?
P.S They can stick the Gransport order now (Solicitor on it now)

Off to Aston tomorrow.

Thanks Guys.

Not an owner on this forum, but you have my sympathies - you really are caught between a rock and a hard place.

Only a suggestion, but can you get them to agree to pay for the remedial work if you take it somewhere else? Somewhere like Verdi's where you know you will get decent treatment?

All the best and good luck,

Dave.

Thanks Dave for your kind words.
I have spoke with Dealer and refused to allow my car to be driven again by them.
So.....
Im having Repair work carried out by local approved paintshop and invoicing the Dealer as agreed with the Company who sold me the car.

I cannot believe this level of work is allowed and the quality control in non existant.
I know each person may have a different opinion but I will never deal with this company again and it has taught me to never trust any dealer no matter what the Marque they sell.
I will add this experience/company to my list of estate agents and solicitors! who I hate with a passion Arghhhhhhhhhhh!

Rant Over.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this. Just remembers its not the poor Maserati cars fault - its just a victim and needs your loving care. I hope its not the dealer with the letter M and in a town that begins with L...

My car is going to a dealer this coming Tuesday and I will be also loaned a Chrsyler type Jeep for the day whilst they are doing some cosmetic repairs.

I am beginning to worry a little.

I may be the only one who has this bad luck but I will never use this company again.

What started as a good experience has turned sour quite quickly.

They are amateurs IMO.

There are better car dealers out there that deserve my orders.

Really sorry to hear this, chap. Your tale of woe just goes on and on.

Definately time for you to find a new dealer. Will you try and get a Gransport from somewhere else? I remember you saying the DB9 isn't due for 18months or so.

Good luck - you're due some!

Thanks Paul for the kind words.
I thought buying a marque such as maserati from a main dealer would ensure a certain level of service.
Clearly I was wrong.
I Love the car but the Gransport is comming from another dealer now.
