Thanks Kev. I've seen the pictures from Italy - very good. I particularly like the blurred Enzo shot taken while being told to ps off. A true Ferrari enthusiast
Regarding the F1 gearshift. I had a quick flick through Top Marques the other day and was suprised at how many 360 F1's were for sale. Far more than the manual ones.
I wonder if the owners have bought these cars thinking they were going to be the dogs danglies and were somewhat disappointed.

I know what you mean Manu - It's a shame we don't get nicer, longer summers to actually benefit from having a drop top through.
I'm not saying the 360 spyder is an ugly car - far from it. It just doesn't look (how can I put this) - right. Do you know what I mean???
To me the 355 looks like it was designed to be a convertible from the outset, whereas the 360 doesn't.
Having had chance to compare a few at donington I'd have to say (hand on heart) I much prefer the Berlinetta 360.
What's over peoples views on this one? Would be interesting to know.
Cheers,
Jay.
Ferrari actually designed the 360 around the spider design which explains the rigidity of the berlinetta.
Most convertibles of the coupe versions are normally very heavy when compared but the 360 Spider is on 60Kg heavier than the berlinetta which is pretty amazing when you consider the weigh of the motors for the roof and the additional strengthening that normally goes into these cars.
I have just finished a week with the FCA on our national rally and saw many different colours and cmbos for the 360/360spider and reckon that if you get a berlinetta it HAS to be yellow.
The spiders looked best in red.
And as for being WIIDDEEEE I think the Testarossas still take the cake, I think they should have to have an escort out front denoting "WIDE LOAD FOLLOWING"
Ohh,..and spider for me please but I do love the feel of torque from the 550 Barchetta I had a tool in ::
