prices are definitely off the high watermark a year to two or so ago...

Not if you want to sell it. Over 35 for sale trying to get MSRP. A £220k bid will get you one.
I can't see a dealer taking £20k off the asking price, it will be less than what they paid for it.Last used 2018 demo high spec with 1,000 miles sold at my local dealer last week for £250k and about £10k off list because they needed to move it on

But to joe public its a kit carGT3RS, 720S, Performante or AMG GTR are all awesome and you won't go wrong with any of them
GT3 RS = probably best all rounder, albeit not the fastest
720S = scalpel and fastest
Performante = Almost as quick in the wet as in the dry
AMG GTR = sledgehammer, possibly the most smiles per £ and best sounding, albeit close run with the Performante
Just depends what you prefer !

Rambolambo fantasy nonsense below. Loads of Performantes for sale and not selling and plenty under 250. A trade bid over 250 on a 675lt is the biggest load of trash I’ve heard in a long time. Why do you post lies and mislead fellow forum users? I find it both annoying and offensive. If it were up to me you would have been kicked off this forum a long time ago.

“£200k will get you a 720S but I'm afraid not even close to the bottom end of 675LT. McLaren dealer told me yesterday they were paying trade £250K + for them”

You clearly know nothing and don't work in the trade so you can spout as much slander as you want. I'm for real and here to stay.“I can't see a dealer taking £20k off the asking price, it will be less than what they paid for it.

Let's see you produce facts to the contrary.
Those are real world figures I have access to and you clearly dont
Until you can prove otherwise instead of speculate I suggest you pipe down.
Always make me laugh when wishful thinkers come on here trying to talk prices down and think they can waltz into a dealer make a derisory offer and bag a bargain.
Yes some cars are speculatively priced and remain unsold for ages but then there are others clearly sold low to realise cash quickly but this does not represent the core transactions.
Every used car is unique and different and so are the specs and prices

720S and Performante under normal circumstances a tad over my budget, but all 4 cars are on my long shortlist together with a 488. So regular thumbing through the classifieds now required to find a bargain GT3 RS = probably best all rounder, albeit not the fastest

430 Scud also very appealing but I'm edging towards newer cars - up to a few years old.

997.2 GT3 RS was always top of my list....maybe after I get the 991 out of my system.
996 RS perhaps too similar to my 996.2 GT3 (recently sold). Loved the car but an absolute pain getting into my garage.
So far not owned a Ferrari. 430 Scud very appealing although prices seem to be spread over a very wide range. Noticed one in the classifieds recently at £115-120K (now sold to Amari), and I couldn't really differentiate it from the £160/180K cars.
I'm sure you enquired about one of my 550's when I had it for sale years ago. You would have had a lot of change from £200k then, I think I was asking about £50k!!! 996 RS perhaps too similar to my 996.2 GT3 (recently sold). Loved the car but an absolute pain getting into my garage.

Seriously if you haven't had a Ferrari yet then a Scud is a great choice. But very close in price to a 458 which you will probably use for more long distance touring and is almost as visceral in most ways.
