3 owner car with placcy dash door tops and without extended leather.

I would say a 3 owner car is the norm for the majority of gt cars, agree that it would look far better with a extended leather dash.
Not the newer stuff though, 3 is high but admittedly this is a four year old car.

No substitute for a genuine 1 owner car though for obvious reasons and anything I buy over £100k up to 4 years old would have to have no more than 2 owners especially an RS.

Does affect the price and for most buyers how many owners is one of the first questions asked.

What price do you think that will land at?
£135k
Looking at how many of these are for sale for around £150k I would say if the seller gets £135k they have done very well, but I think you may be about right.

Even at £135k would you call it a good buy considering the amount currently advertised and not selling.

Good disposal if the seller does get anywhere close to 135k
Tom Hartley Jr has just listed this PTS Sports Classic Grey 991.1 RS for £147.5k....1700 miles. I remember Romans selling it for north of £200k...I think up towards £230k.

If that UV car gets £135k which would mean the buyer paying £141k they would be mad not to buy the THJ car.

Wow, it looks stunning! Top555 still have one it's up for £159k seems completely overpriced now, they have had it well over six months though.

I must say this TH car is one of the best i have seen.

Yup...it’s a great colour...shade darker then those photo’s but has a blue/green tint to it rather than the brown tint that Crayon has.

Wow good spot.

Now in my opinion this is a total curve ball, if a very rare pts colour car with low mileage can be retailed at one of the best independents in the country for 147k means if not all of the other cars listed above 150k look expensive!

Sadly I’m not in the position at the moment to buy another car, but if I was this would be of real interest at 147k. Looks bloody beautiful, wouldn’t shock me if it was sold by the end of the weekend.

Interior is very easily sorted. Seat centres take 5 mins to change and a good trimmer can sort the arm rests. I wouldn't be put off by it. It does make you question the UV car at 135 though. I personally wouldn't give any more than 120 for it, given its likely to need a service and a bit of TLC.

Looks like he or the other owner /owners didn’t bother to use it either. He probably did well out of flipping it as a PTS rs a relatively rare car.

Romans advertised it for £230k and sold very quickly so Mr Hammond will have made a tidy profit. Unlike the person selling it now.

A car with that spec being advertised at the low end of the market tells you what’s really going on....you have to ignore all the adverts that have been there for a month or two. I am guessing THJ had very little competition and I assume whoever the owner either bought it as an investment and think the market is absolutely fked or needs to raise cash. You don’t sell that car now because you fancy a change !

Wow, so it’s likely if its still a two owner car that the second owner has lost over 100k and not even really driven it!

In the next 12 months what do you think the bottom £ is for a nice clean low mileage 991.1 Gt3 rs at retail?

Cheib, I think you have hit the nail on the head in terms of ignoring prices of cars which have been on the market for 2 months or more. Here’s a perfect example of two very similar cars. Car one has been advertised for a number of months at £107k the other has just been listed for sale at £89k. That’s £18k difference in price and if my maths are correct a reduction of about 17%

Car one

https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/...

Car two

https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/...

Again Ashgoods seem to be pricing cars to sell not to make there website look pretty. I personally think this will get snapped up quickly.

That’s almost impossible to say right now but you could certainly build a case for these kinds of cars cars to be broadly be off 30% over the next six months. I could easily see an RS in the £100k to £120k area. The car we’re talking about is a lovely car....two months ago it would have been a £165 k car with that spec.

Absolutely as i have said before people think the auctions are cheaper when in fact they go for more money.

ebay items are just unbelievable, i.e buy now items say £20 auction biding still going strong at over this amount amazes me.
