Have had mine for around 7 months now and 2k miles. No clearance issues at all in general driving, and I've been down some very sketchy country lanes - as well as all other kinds of roads.
Only thing I would say is that if you have a sloping driveway, any gradient changes need to be relatively smooth
Thats exactly it, wouldnt cross near invisible dip in shared drive to our garages, nor go up dropped curb on to my parents drive. Only thing I would say is that if you have a sloping driveway, any gradient changes need to be relatively smooth
Anything with a down before the up is a problem, in the mclaren its a stalk press.

the 570 Mclaren is much faster than any derivative of GT4; whether it has more theatre I don't know. The 981 Spyder is not a lot slower than the GT4 and my colleagues 570 Mclaren is in a different ball park to the Spyder.
But hey speed isn't everything
Clearly the 570 has more power and will be quicker on certain A roads but its the usual story on slower more focused winding B roads I found mine to be no quicker than both the 981 GT4 and 981 Spyder particularly in the wet.But hey speed isn't everything
Interestingly the 981 Spyder despite being very slightly down on power v the 981 GT4 is actually marginally quicker in the wet on a similar B road blast due to the Cup tyres on the GT4 v the Pirellis of the Spyder.

A Bugatti Veryon wouldnt be much quicker than a 570S on a B road and if you were driving the GT4 I doubt the Bugatti would of seen which way the GT4 had gone 🙄Interestingly the 981 Spyder despite being very slightly down on power v the 981 GT4 is actually marginally quicker in the wet on a similar B road blast due to the Cup tyres on the GT4 v the Pirellis of the Spyder.
Your passion for anything Porsche is probably better expressed in the Porsche sports car forum as its testing the boundaries of credibility here at times but at least it gives us a giraffe

There was a guy on here a few years back who was banned.
He was into Lambos and Mclarens and apparantly owned a few.
Some reckoned he was a sales guy/manager for Kia lol.
His posting style was very very similar to yours.
Must be before my time as I only discovered Pistonheads 3 months ago and now find myself posting which was never the intention as I was quite happy to watch from the sidelines. He was into Lambos and Mclarens and apparantly owned a few.

No offence intended as I'm still trying to work out the forum etiquette in terms of sarcasm and banter. Probably best to remain objective and not emotionally involved as a lot of posters seem to defend their own favorite marque at the expense of others
I'm an old school Ferrari diehard and have owned numerous Ferraris and currently still have my 2009 Ferrari 430 scuderia from HR Owen which has outlasted the others. More recently I bought a new lamborghini Performante from Pangbourne but I have to admit I am desperately looking to add a Mclaren 675LT spider to the fleet ( its really the only Mclaren that really appeals to me ) to have 1 each from the major brands.
My loyalty to Ferrari has definitely waned in recent years but I think that's because the competition has got so much better which has to be healthy for supercar development overall and its nicer to have wider variety and a choice
As regards to this old Rambo bloke I think that's where the similarity must end unless he lives in Berkshire and owns a confectionery factory in which case he must be a top bloke

But all too often threads were ruined by his ott slagging off of Ferrari in favour of Mclaren. He seriously upset many Mclaren owners reckon many of the fanboys are still having therapy.
He actually ordered a 991.1 GT3 in 2013 and remarkably managed to secure an allocation along with c 50 of us on PH (different username to Rambo Lambo of course) but following the engine fires in a couple of European cars he cancelled his build slot and subsequently missed out on a £60k premium.

Sounds a right character and choosing a McLaren, presumably 12C over a porsche gt3 in 2013 would be a brave decision but its not all about money. But all too often threads were ruined by his ott slagging off of Ferrari in favour of Mclaren. Not everyone is money motivated especially if they are loaded.
I'm not loaded but i'm certainly not overly concerned on the finances anymore but when I was building my 2 businesses I would of been due to making the capital work better for me long term.
Next important decision is the exit strategy and retirement before 50 as the kids are not interested in the business and training to be a doctor and teacher at fathers expense
