So 360stimo - you are advertising your car for 69K on this site but turned down £67K just before xmas??!!! Pull the other one - its got bells on it! At what point did you wake up? You have flipped so badly you are having imaginery "sales conversations" with unsuspecting members of the public!! You just ring people up saying that they rang you about your car. NO ONE WANTS YOUR CAR - ITS TOOOOO EXPENSIVE! Anyway why the rush to get rid of it? Has Daddy stoped your allowance?

you really are very pathetic and very ignorant ! If it gives your life some importance, then make up what you like about me, go for your life !

You couldn't afford my car or any other Ferrari and seem to be very bitter about this, may i suggest working harder.

Now Ted I realise its your site and I'm not pandering to ufo's comments that incite tension amongst Ferrari owners BUT in this thread he hasn't actually insulted anyone but merely commented that in his opinion the car is over-priced. Is that a crime? Yes he is winding the guy up ... but that seems to be poar for the course for most threads doesn't it?

The comments addressed to him are rather more insulting.

And before anyone gets all hot & bothereed I am not trying to stir things up just making a comment on equality.

And to be honest if you can't sell something (house, car, paper bag, ...) for a long time then I'm afraid it is over-priced especially if the item you are trying to sell is a depreciating asset.

Oh please. I am trying to be objective here not start a fight. Is there really a need for such comments?

Read what I said before making such comments.

I am not trying to send this thread into the depths of something sinister but simply to point out a fact and also that ufo bloke seems to be getting lots of abuse for the chap trying to sell his car (and others).

The secret to being rich? Not throwing away your money. Stimo will sell his car for what it's worth. Whats the book price by the way?

Mate, i have had to deal with this guys pathetic jibes and insults on f-chat as well as this one. This is a reaction to a lot of ridiculous posts from this guy. Look on f-chat in the history about this guy and read his posts. You will then see him for what he is !

Sorry if anyone read my posts and though it was simply a reply to this guy !

My Spider is now sold, my Modena is up for £68k and i have had offers up and around that mark, holding out for £68k as it is in prestine condition and nothing needs doing. Thats my choice.

This guy has made things up about me on this site and f-chat and is the most ignorant to$$er i have ever had the good fortune not to meet

I urge you to find his posts on f-chat to see what sort of person he is.

Thats the last on this for me !

My dear young and novice friend 360Stimo, the purpose of sites such as these, is to enable enthousiasts to share views and opinions. It is NOT to swear and use inappropriate language. As a young person fortunate to have use of a Ferrari you must not through your actions and behaviour on this site bring the reputation of fellow Ferrari owners into disrepute. Please mind your language and manners.
With regards to 360 prices, we are all in agreement that there is rather alot of supply at the moment and as a result prices are falling, with many similar to yours in age and colour dropping below £60K. The trade price of your car is probably around £55k. So YES £68K is rather overpriced! (which explains why it is still for sale dispite £4K price reduction).

Hmm, I suggest pistols at dawn!

A less violent way of settling the argument is to stick it on ebay and see what it gets.

I would say thought the only definition of the 'worth' of something is what someone is willing to pay for something at that particular moment. How liquid the asset is, ie how easy the item is to sell and the amount of potential buyers has just as much influence as the price.

If no one has bought at £72k or £64k or whatever, then if it has been advertised, then for whatever reason the laws of supply and demand have decided then it is not worth that much *at this particular time*.

Stimo has every right to wait for the amount he wants! There may possibly be no buyers in January at £64k but in June there may be 3 people fighting over it at £66k.

Then again, seller desperation and a falling market can increase over time, and £55k or £60k or whatever may be the maximum someone wants to pay for it in the period Stimo is willing to wait. It sounds like he is doing well in selling Ferraris which is not an easy thing, and wish him all the best!

Cheers mate, great post. We all know winter is a bad time to sell these cars and the market struggles, doesn't mean you should lose £k by selling when the market is the worst. Doesn't make any sense to me. its a great car, in perfect condition and i will accept what i want for it, simple. Not sure why a guy like UFO who i contacted as he was looking for a 360 F1, ran through all the details of my car with him, he then said it was too expensive for him, i said good luck. The he shows up on f-chat having bought a BMW saying how his BMW is so much better than any Ferrari. He annoyed everyone on F-Chat which shows he has no intention of ever coming to any meets and was simply there to cause trouble. I also find it strange the guy comes in the Ferrari, Lambo section of this site when he has a BMW, thinks Ferrari's are crap and simply wanted to have a go at me and my car. Surely even he has better things to do with his time.

I have sold quite a few prestige cars in my time and always sold them at a good price for me and the buyer. So forgive me if i find UFO's suggestions on price of a marque he has never owned and has no experience in, totally and utter irrelevant and only posts his comments to cause trouble. I like a good piss taker every now and then, but this guy is just pathetic, boring and isnt even good at it.

Can I ask 360Stimo why you let this guy get under your skin so much? If you do not rise to his teasing he will go away. But unfortunately every time he rattles your cage you come bouncing back with more venom!

It all makes a good read but you don't do yourself any favours with your retorts!!

you are right !

I just find it really pathetic someone makes a point to come onto sites like this, just to wind people up. What sort of person has the time to waste like that and what sort of a person enjoys kicks from that.

Very very sad !

I shall however take your advice and ignore the child from now on.

Stimo I can see your points but I would have suggested a more tactful approach rather than the "you dont have 70k, so you are a pleb" type remarks made earlier in the thread.

Fezzas attract far more in numbers to the banner than just owners so you should expect a large number of non owners to turn up on Fezza forums. With numbers like that its odds on that some will be completely hatstand.
