Unbelievable boobies indeed . . . look at the Lamborghiniregistry.com for the 5 or 6 stunning examples.

Can't find any boobies there...

BTW Wim, my mail is out, could you mail me trem@ the old LPs reg nr.? Glenn needs it to accompany my pics . . .

Tom doesn't seem to keen on providing the reg.nr... Is that causing any problem?

YES it is a tad dull, uninspiring and derivative of the original, but I'd rather see a boring retro Miura then a modern ugly one. Just one question, would the big, bulky 6.0 Murcie V12 actually fit transversely?

Doesn't matter. Is VAG seriously going to do anything other than whore the original design and slap the name on it? Of course not! This is as bad as that Fenomenon (spelling's wrong but I don't care - it's vile) Stratos thing they keep bandying about at motor shows. Sell (err, maybe give) Lamborghini and Bugatti to Horatio Pagani. He'll show you how to make a SUPERcar.

I wish designers would feck off with their half-assed lazy retro crap. The cars they shamelessly rip off were brilliant for their originality. Is that such a hard concept to grasp? Go back to form following function and you'll find the classic shapes being produced again. Make it functional, ask an Italian designer (that point is crucial ) to give it a going over, and Bob's your spaniel.

As I understand it, the point of a supercar is the wow! factor. When driven hard - they should be a bit scary - that part of the whole experience. When I say driven - I mean 10/10ths - not pussyfooting around.

IMHO, I think that the Muira concept is awesome (as have are most of the cars from Lamborghini - Whether that be under the control of Ferrucio, Rossetti, Leimer, the Mimram brothers, Chrysler, MegaTech or VW/Audi). I think that because of the Ford GT (again - having driven one - they're awesome) some of the wow! factor may have been lost, perhaps, but quite honestly - the car looks stunning in the pictures that I've seen. It's a few inches higher than the original (which is could - could in my lardy state, I have have to pour myself in and out!

I do hope there will be a V12 in there - maybe the latest 6.5 litre - or possibly a new VW/Audi derived V12. Maybe they'll go for the Gallardo V10 - again VW/Audi derived. (Any good? I'd say so). Quite honestly - I don't really mind right now.

This car say WOW! to me.

Having sold the 2WD 6.0L Diablo (just the best to date!) I've missed my Lamborghini's - So I've put my name on the list.

Bring it on.
