360 Stradale and other news

What I heard about the tyres is that they are a modified version of the Pirelli Pzero Corsa with more longitudinal grooves.The wheels are 19 inches and tyres are 225 front and 295 back.
Guys, this car beat the F40 and F50 around Fiorano!!!

Dealers are going to get briefed on the 360 Stradale's specs and details around February 12th in Maranello. Also the car may be displayed at the F1 car unveiling next Friday the 7th - will you be there? I'm planning to be there with camera in hand.

By the way there's a decent chance first deliveries may be delayed until September with RHD deliveries early in 2004. Production will not be limited to pre-set numbers. I'm thinking of ordering one!

BTW mate - If you're thinking about a Stradale - think no more - GET ONE - it's going to be the most focussed car Ferrari have built since the F40 (exclude the Enzo) - probably the ULTIMATE drivers car.... It IS going to be limited numbers, you may be able to run it for a bit and then "flip" it for no net loss or even a small profit....

I have heard that it is already sold out in the States. My dealer currently has a 7 YEAR wait list for the spider, they are still going for well over list used! The Stradale will be limited in production, so order soon if you are still able

Amar, I think I won't be able to make it the 7th.
I've also heard that it won't be a set limited edition, but they will produce them at very low volumes for the duration of the 360's life.
I hope this isn't true...

Hello Amar and Luigi,

Such a shame! Wanted to go to Maranello at the 7th of february for the presentation as well but couldn´t find someone who wanted to go as well. All people I know seem to work too much lately or have girlfriends who fear you might have too much fun in Italy! What a concerning development
Guess it´s too late now to organise access for the presentation (Where available via the owners site as far as I remember, right?) Would really have liked to meet some Tifosi there.

The worldwide dealer network was to have been briefed about the Stradale and other model developments last week, but they were of course told to keep quiet. I'll try to get some more info by next week.
