for clutch wear definitely always go into neutral when stopped, i also used to coast in neutral to a stop. also try not to creep in traffic i.e. wait until the gap ahead of you is big enough for the box to engage properly rather than backing straight off. reverse wears clutch as there is bags of slip. clutch wear indicator not always accurate and i believe it can be reset. i had my clutch replaced at 98% wear indicated but apparently it was still fine - i was getting slip due to a small fluid leak. but by the time you have taken the clutch out to look at it obviously you are going to replace it anyhow.
i used to back off throttle a little bit on upchanges, made for a smooth change. didnt sound like there was slipping when i did that, but the change in sport mode is much quicker and jerkier but probably better on plate wear.
all this is 355 based, not 360. i believe early 360 was much worse than 355 f1 but then progressed to be better as it evolved. also 360 blips throttle on down change which 355 doesnt.
