Jason even if Ferrari doesn't sort out your car in time, there is no reason for missing out on the beers and partying of saturday night. I'm sure someone can give you a lift from the south east in something interesting, especially with how many passenger runs you dished out at Bruntingthorpe.

Also a few people have said they will/may be there without the logo below their names, make sure you get your tickets booked from Ted in advance.

cheers

Dazren, don't feel too sorry for Jason, if the 360's not ready he can always get a lift in his g/f's M3... oh what a hardship!

Daz, tickets are booked, I will be there come what may.
I will be highly disappointed if Ferrari cant sort my 360 by the w/e, they would have had it for 7 working days by then......
As Tony says, Worst comes to worst I may just have to slum it in the M3!!
See u there!

Ferrari are complete f**kwits! As far as i'm concerned they can take the 360 back and i'll buy something a little more dependable.....(Anjum still got ur 2WD 6.0 Diablo for sale?)
I just got off the 'phone from them abt 30 mins ago.....I cannot print what I am feeling here.....latest is that they are STILL waiting for a response from Ferrari HQ in Italy regarding the issue....Thats 5 biz days and still no answer??!!!? What the F**K are they doing?? Thats now 3 weekends out of 11(and numerous weekdays) that my 360 has been sitting at the dealers.........their offer of a 3 series was less than politely turned down (I can use the M3 if I really have to) I am really
I am awaiting a response from a rather strong email I just sent to the sales manager. Upshot is the chance of getting my 360 for the w/e is like me ever getting my hands on an Enzo..... F**K ALL

Should I demand an equivalent for the w/e??? Has anyone else had the same issues and been compensated with at least an equivalent car......how do I stand legally on this?

Problem is that any replacement they give you will not have the Pistonheads sticker that your 360 was decorated with!.... here's hoping you do get a 550 Barchetta, and that Ted has some of the 13"x13" Pistonfest stickers left.... you can then return the car to Ferrari suitably enhanced!

BTW, I like your mail to the dealership, I don't think that they'll be in any doubt as to your feelings!

You know a Lambo makes sense.....

Bugger, sorry to hear that. The idea they can just park the car up for 10 days and do bugger all, and then claim some chap from italy hasn't returned their call is bloody outrageous.

repeat after me:

THIS ONE'S FECKED I WANT ANOTHER ONE!!!

On a serious note as a person who has spent considerable money on a car you should be supplied with a comensurate vehicle when your car is off road sorting out a major warranty issue. I know Don was loaned an S class merc when his boxster was off the road a few months ago. No it's not a porsche but it's not bad going.

Indeed Tony, I am awaiting Anjum's reply. At the right price i'm ready to talk.... Anjum u out there.
BTW thanks to Manu for the call today, much appreciated re "my Fezza prob" I'll give them 1 (one) more chance with it (as they have the car in possession) I am soooo dissolutioned ((sp) as I ahve had 2 bots of red vino)) with these TW*TS that i'm ready to move on......such a shame as I luuurrrvvvvv the 360 with obligatory TUBI!!!

DAZ , I was cotemplating getting a 996 TT but one of our group took a new one to Le mans and my g/fs hairdyer sounded 10 times better than that at 7.5k!!!!!! Not a good selling point for P.

In defence of the "996 hairdryer" (not that it really needs any defence), it transformed one of the drivers who always used to follow up the rear (in a C2), into a front-runner. Performance wise it was awesome and wasn't beaten all week-end...

... and also from memory I didn't see the 996's engine cover lifted once over the week-end either.
