Drove into town yesterday - farnborough to park lane to london bridge and back yesterday. About half way to through knightsbridge my passenger pointed out how many people pointed, stared, peered in the car, took photos etc.

Madness - its a 3200GT - what the hell happens to you guys with 360 spiders??

I was in a very distinctive Smart Car (see picture in profile). Am often around the Farnborough/Aldershot/Fleet area.

I can see why you were getting alot of attention, the 3200GT is a superb looking car

It's quite amusing isn't it?! We've had japanese tourists jump in the road while driving around Leicester Square and just take pictures!
I think they thought we were Posh and Becks or sommat!

I agree with you completely David. When I lived in Berks and drove up to London, the 3200 attracted plenty of interest, especially around the Egyptian Bazaar. I presumed it was tourists taking an interest in something which was not really sold outside of Europe at the time.
