I live only a few miles from the showroom which is a bugger to find it turned out he leased the premises from a pal of mine who is into selling motorbikes. I went to look at a Ferrari he had with a pal but the showroom door was locked and I only was allowed access as a salesman recognised my pal. Apparantly someone had been round previously to "beat Amari up" or something like that! Anyway found the guy very friendly and charming with a great stock of supercars. Turned out my nephew had worked for him and I think his brother a few years before, small world.

Just a bunch of anonymous internet users right...?therefore if Dr Clarke wishes to post something then he should clearly identify himself and post any contrary facts, that is true acertainable facts he wishes to or apologise. If you forget everything else, all of the speculation, accusations etc. the guy is STILL in business. He is obviously doing something right.
Although I have never bought from him, I have always found him to be open and transparent with me. If he had a car I was interested in, I would not hesitate to deal with and take the usual precautions I would take with any transaction...

Worthy of an update on this post>
I have just purchsed (last week) my 08-08 Gallardo from Amari Supercars GB.
Every promise has been delivered.
All documentation has been supplied.
The car is as good as it could be.
Mr S Amari is not your average car dealer and this will initially take you by surprise. However, he does not deal in average cars so the balance is restored.
If you are looking for a car similar and they have one try making up your own mind after you have a look around at his showroom. Its free to look! Just on the showroom based on a previous comment. It is what I would class as a genuine showroom and part of the same building the Ducati main dealer trades from which I found using my satnav without issue from the postcode on their site.

Bit of a rehash on an old topic but thought I'd add my two-penneth in as I only recently visited them....
I met 'The Sheik' as is referred to and he seemed a genuinely nice guy, took time to say hello as I had come a long way.
Ok I didnt get on with everyone there and I did feel a little like if you asked too many questions about a deal or a car then you was rushed through to the "well if the cars not for you" stage which I feel is a shame as I am a huge petrol head and have in the past owned some very expensive and special vehicles before diverting money into my business investments, and now that I am back into building the car portfolio again I felt this approach from one of his staff left me feeling not valued....
BUT I need to reiterate this WASNT the case from Amari himself who throughout our conversations has always conducted himself like a gentleman and given me time.
I didnt end up purchasing the car unfortunately as there was a disagreement about the price I was offered the car at which was a real shame as I was 100% ready to make the deal there and then... but thats another story and not a reflection on anything in this thread.
I guess in all walks of life sooner or later you will end up arguing with someone if you are in business long enough (thats the way it is) and some people are more outspoken than others about their complaints.... so I shouldnt take hearsay to heart and my advice would be to judge for yourself before making decisions about people.
Would I buy from Amari? Yes, if I was dealing with him. If you want to take note of what disgruntled people say then keep it in the back of your mind by all means but dont flame the guy or the business before you have any personal experience of dealing with them.
