Sorry I can't make it to VMAX - other commitments - but at least it will leave someone else to eat all the delightful sausage butties at Greg's at some un-godly hour and it will also give someone else the chance to do a 360 spin (it was wet last time!) in DeR's beast (only kidding DeR).

No hiding it Daz. There have been some alterations done. Reportedly it's now 405bhp, but Brunters will show how true/bollox this actually is.

Really getting excited about VMAX now. Just hope the 155 limiter doesn't spoil the day.

I've read that with Jags you keep the auto-box in 4th until you go past 155 then gate it over into top and this bypasses it.

Anyone heard this before, or reckon this might work?

What might happen if the limiter cuts in at 160 when gating back over to 'D'. Is it just fuel cut off?

Apparently the XKR's can reach 171 at the rev limiter in 4th, so maybe I'll just leave it there!
