The tomahaws, sidewinders & machine guns will be removed for this flight, sorry folks, but no "target practise" allowed in Warwickshire!
However, if Dokic appears, then they can be re-fitted!

The pilot could be anyone of 4/5 frequent flyers, all based at the venue. Sorry, they will decide who is flying on the day.

Isn't that a Strikemaster rather than a Jet Provost?
i.e. JP5 with tip tanks?

If so I know of a couple for sale, admitedly they need a bit of work for the MOT, but they only cost about £19K

I was going to say the same thing, but you beat me to it.

Looks like a Strikemaster, as The Jet Provost T5 had the nose like the one in the photo, but didn't have the tip tanks.

The Jet Provost T3 had a rather stubby nose, but had Tip tanks.

Also the one in the pic has underwing pylons, which the RAF didn't have fitted as far as I am aware.

:edited because I just read your other post and I said exactly what you said.

How about one of these for the trip to Sainsbury?

Mi24 Hind, the original flying tank/troop transport.

Available from your local ex-russian mil surplus supplier, fully reconditioned, for the small sum of $950,000US ready to fly
