Probably because it was under subscribed and it was a pointless exercise checking people against a list which would have eventually caused a big queue.

I guarantee that turning up to a meet with a full list without making the cut will result in you being turned away.

Commented on this before but worth repeating. The list dropped down to below 700 at 7.45am. We started checking names as usual, but when traffic built up we just got you all parked knowing the space was there.

Checking resumes next time around

I don't know the M40 well, but is that heading north or southbound?
