Lunch can be quite seriously expensive for what is effectively a sausage and chips but if you're a bit more prudent there is a mini supermarket as you walk between airport and exhibition hall where you can stock up on reasonably priced drinks/sarnies etc

I've just booked for Saturday 16th, trying not to have too much time off work, is it liable to be swamped?

It's probably on the site, but I'm assuming SLR's can be taken in?
Weekends tend to be busier than weekdays and SLRs aren't a problem, I've taken mine before and will be taking it again in a couple of weeks smile

Brilliant show with plenty of stuff for PHers this year. P1, LaFerrari, Lambo Veneno, RR Wraith, Lexus FF CC, Pagani Huayra, F-Type Jag as well as the usual oddball customisers. For me this time Easyjet from Gatwick was swift with civilised departure at 8.15 am and home on the 18.45. As mentioned elsewhere fifty quid in Swiss Francs is ample for food and drink.

Hang on to your wallets. One of our group had his lifted in the crush to see that new Ferrari yesterday. Other than that, good day out.

So I went to the show on Saturday, I would strongly suggest not trying to park there, it was chaos. Anyway once we got in it was fantastic. On the way back we stopped at Reims. Here's the video I made, first time using a dslr and video editing on a pc so please be kind! http://youtu.be/-8GbJi0XNsI

Guys, probably a silly question but are Euros accepted for food/beer etc at the airport and the show itself? I'm presuming that they do seeing as Geneva is on the French/Swiss border, I had CHF last time I went and can't remember if Euros were accepted.

Yes euros accepted. Don't expect change from 5 euros for a water!

Luckily I was on expenses but couldn't get over how expensive food and drink was.

Baguette, lemon tart and a can of coke was 20 Swiss Francs ~ £15.
