It's sold out.
My 4 year old would love to see lots of cars and also the Vulcan so if anyone can't go now I'll buy your ticket and pay postage.
If by any miracle this is possible please PM me.
Might be worth seeing if anyone is going from near you and get them to add you as passengers if they have room and are happy to!My 4 year old would love to see lots of cars and also the Vulcan so if anyone can't go now I'll buy your ticket and pay postage.

Near to Newark, Notts but can travel within reason. Bongo jr is potty trained and uses a booster seat which comes with him. Medium to high risk of screaming toddler tantrums especially when tired so beware any good Samaritans who offer!
Why don't you meet at Finningley ? As previously posted there's plenty of parking nearby for cars that aren't booked inThere was initially a suggestion by the hangar of running another session later in the day, I'm not sure of there would be demand for it, how many people want to go that couldn't book in time? I don't know if this is still possible, I'm just gauging numbers so please don't shout if we can't do it
I've had an email from the Vulcan guys in response to my question about parking off site and walking in to the tour:
Visitors to the event can only book in with a car or as passengers in a car that is already booked in. Because we need 48 hours for security clearances, people can’t just turn up and hope to get in, We did consider making off-site parking available for overflow, but hangar management asked us not to for a variety of reasons. So anyone parking outside, ie not booked in, is welcome to come and take part in the Sunday Service in the carpark and to buy a bacon butties and coffee, but we can’t let them into the hangar. But, we are happy to run the event again in the spring and anyone who would like to make a solo visit can come on a public tour, which can be booked from the Tours page of www.vulcantothesky.org

I guess I'm not the only one who missed the second page asking for vehicle details and extra tickets for passengers.
If you haven't already, reply to your ticket confirmation advising vehicle details and names of any passengers.
I did also inquire for those of who may have missed this whether we could pay on the day, payment is required prior to arrival so you will also need to call them and pay the £10 for each passenger.
Just mentioning as I wouldn't want anyone to be turned away.

Bit concerned re car details as my booking confirmation shows PHSS car plus driver and one PHSS additional adult, with names as requested in a sort of comments box, but when booking the site didn't ask for the details of the car make, model or registration at any stage. Best give them a call I think...
Looking forward to seeing all at our first Sunday Service. We're driving up from Warwick so if you see a black MB C350 coupe on the M1 do give us a wave.

Quick update
Have spoken with the nice people @ Vulcan and they are sending out an email to all who have booked for PHSS which will ask for confirmation of visitor and vehicle details by return email. Should be sent tomorrow latest.

I've spoken to them this morning, they said an email should have come out today for everyone to reply to but I've not recevied it either. Can a member of staff chase this up?
