I got an email yesterday and had to reply with car make and reg. Is this what everyone else should've had?

just checked my emails and have not received anything yet,Wednesday evening. Did speak to vulcon to the sky trust to pay for a extra person and asked the nice lady if they need my car details, she said not yet. So still waiting.
