Brilliant day! First SS for both me and the missus...we loved it. She came back from a ride in the Plus 8 grinning and I had a great trip in the 3 wheeler. The Boxster on the way home felt a little, well, mass produced, plastic and Germanic! (Still had a heap of fun exploring the Malverns in it though!)

A great day, a massive thanks to PH and Morgan for this one. Fantastic job guys!

A huge thanks to Morgan for putting on a fantastic SS and to everyone for attending thumbup

To those of you that drove through an open gate with no PH staff, you went through the wrong gate, we were waving further down the road but some people obviously didn't see us biggrin

I drove past the main gate (just a cone ) then past the exit gate to the field.....I then drove down by the rugby club looking for an emnyrance with someone on it. There was no one that I could see. I went in what I assume was supposed to be the "exit" gate.

We were inside by the time you arrived, we were on the gate until about 11 I think it was.
It is tricky to know what time to stay on the gate until.

That was a superb SS, many thanks to PH and Morgan. Enjoyed the 3 wheeler ride also, very good fun - the driver was very chatty and friendly.

I think they fold up underneath the car to help owners change wheels.....honest....

I quite understand, I don't have a solution, just seems that although there is an understandable limit of people on all SS, the people who were on the reserve list, had they chanced it.... They would have been in without any problem.

Aside from that, anyone else found themselves looking through the classified ads at Morgans today. They certainly seem to hold their price, and an old Morgan seems to as good an investment as an ISA !

What a fantastic SS! Many thanks to the PH staff and to Morgan for putting up with the invasion and making us all feel so welcolm.
Mikebentley, I did take a pic of your Vitesse but the one already posted is better. We checked out 'The Filling Station' on the way home, but the hot rod meet is next Sunday.
Mike_C I also got two shots of the Dart (which took over the parking slot from the Vitesse), but they are almost identical to those posted.
Like others on here I intend going back for the fuller factory tour.

Great SS, Morgan guys very helpful and did a great job condensing the tour into half hour. Some pics here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/cgmca/sets/721576439...

i was 314 at 8am, since 9am I have dropped 6 places and now at 306 - poor performance from those who cancelled after 9am this morning (5 of which were on the confirmed list) in my honest opinion. Off to go and do some gardening :-(

PH has to fix this before I waste my time again.
Surely you can't hold us responsible for people not removing themselves from the list? It's them that cause others to miss out, we can only ask for them to take themselves off the list, which we do at least twice by email.

We are introducing a check in system very soon which will enable us to identify who hasn't turned up but it's PH'ers that need to think of others by removing themselves if they can't attend. We fully accept that there are circumstances beyond your control which will mean you can't attend but please please please remove yourself from the list as soon as possible to let others enjoy the day if you can't.

Brilliant day, took my Dad along and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

From the tour, to the Morgans, to the car park, plenty of information to take away and digest, the tour was quick but loved it.

Was nice to hear my old man chatting away to the employees and still surprises me how much he knows about the older generation of cars.

Great day, thanks PH.

I'm still reliving the day in my head. I have always wanted a Morgan, but have never visited the factory. The factory, the people and the cars were exactly what I hoped for and more. When the kids have left home, I'm buying one. Either an 80s Plus 8, or a brand new V6 Roadster.

P.S. It's a shame Charles wasn't there to mingle.
P.P.S. Sir John Harvey Jones was so wrong.

Brilliant day. Thank you to PH for organising, and thank you very much to the kind hosts, Morgan. I was really impressed when I asked our (free) tour guide if the busy factory is usually working on a Sunday, I was told they were all here to demonstrate to us! Amazing effort from Morgan, especially with the rides and tour.
