What is this exactly? Anyone been?

I'm thinking of going to the show, but it would be better for me logistically if I go on the wednesday instead of thursday. Would I be missing anything by going to this "Happy view Day?"

It's just a preview/trade day and the ticket price is slightly higher. Like the Firday at the NEC Classic show.

You won't miss anything as all the stands are built and open. You get the advantage of being one of the first to view the items for sale. Useful if you are looking for rare/unusual cars, parts, etc.

Also not so crowded so easier to walk round.

Not been to the Happy Day, but when last went in 2104 we found that 1 day wasn't enough to see it all. Just as we were leaving we noticed a whole hall that we have previously missed! Even my wife was impressed with the calibre of the cars etc...

Going this year but making a bit of a break out of it, However, 2 days at the show, Friday and Saturday, also avoided the Dover Calais route due to the issues which may or may not arise. So taking the ferry Hull to Rotterdam and then across to Essen.

Enjoy! beer
