quite agree. dropping out so close to the event is entirely selfish, people who make the list have little chance of arranging themselves to get there. The guidance is people should know by end of Friday f they're going or not, and should update list accordantly by lunchtime Friday preferably, not early hours of Sunday!

Late updates of the list also mean many people get in the list, but miss the email with joining instructions.

Sorry, I found a bloody great screw in the side of the tyre, spent all day yesterday trying in vain to source a new pair. I posted and emailed as soon as I had conceded defeat.

Would have loved to go to this one. I hope this policy is starting to be enforced for those that keep dropping out last minute.

Just to enrage you further there was no one checking attendance at the gate. At least when I got there at 0905.

Same, about 9:15 for me. But I did drop my name off with haribo to the tent, hope you did the same as otherwise you might now be on the did not attend list. Although anyone could have got in no trouble.

Was a great sunny morning though, so enjoyed the roof down drive and saw some lovey cars, both inside and out. Some obviously very knowledgeable AML chaps around too, especially the young lad who talked us all through the Zagato, nice chap.

Thanks as always for arranging guys!

I didn't think about making sure my attendance was recorded (school days?) although maybe they'll get them from the NDA agreements?

I was very much under the impression we would be having a factory tour? Although in hindsight it doesn't appear to have been advertised.

Am i right in thinking they have given tours previously?

Great morning! Thought we might have seen some of the factory but I think that was me misunderstanding the NDA.
DBX was favourite. Got chatting to a very helpful graduate engineer about it.
Best toy had to those DB5's models. Fantastic detail. Not bad for £28k either!
