Yes, a great morning. Thanks to Aston Martin for hosting & to the PH organisers. Even got the weather right too, someone clearly has influence in higher places!

Thanks for the great morning, was worth the 180 mile round trip. Shame about so many people dropping out late on, I had a few mates who wanted to come but only made the reserve list.

The day so far:

1. Breakfast at Super Sausage at Potterspury with fellow petrolheads
2. Great drive over to Gaydon from Milton Keynes area
3. Sunny car park wandering. Loved the SVR RRS, GT4, RS GT3s and I want a Nomad so much....
4. Ogle some cool Aston Martins & Zagatos. Really like the DBX concept.
5. Tea in the canteen
6. Great drive home

All in all, a good sunday service. Thanks to PH and Aston Martin for organising and hosting.

Yup, exactly what he said ...

Many thanks to all involved smile

PS Good to see the PH stall set out but don't forget to stock plenty of girly sizes ('cos you all know we are more likely to shop!)

Was a good run up! Not sure the '2 has the power to keep up with a supercharged R32, but it did OK!

I still have burnt clutch smell up my nose...

Thanks PH, and Aston - great morning out!

Back from the 300 mile round trip. Thanks to Aston Martin and PH for the morning. I was under the impression that there would be more of the factory to see going by the need for signed NDAs but I guess the Ginetta PHSS last year has spoilt everything else in comparison. I arrived around 09:45 (with a bit of trim hanging loose on the passengers side paperbag) and no one seemed to be keeping a register. Handed my slip in at the merch stall in the end.

The Vulcan looked absolutely bonkers, almost like a Gran Turismo concept come to life. Sadly no DB10 or One77 on display. Some lovely cars in attendance as always, the Sagaris was the standout for me with the liquid yellow Clio V6 a close second. Had a nice chat with a couple of people about my car, apologies to them if I came across as a dick, wasn't feeling great and nearly spewed on the drive home. On a side note I managed an indicated 30.6mpg on the roundtrip despite making progress at times, not bad for a lardy saloon!

Before we went my wife asked me what I was expecting from today.

A free Aston Martin of course.

And I came away with a free Aston Martin

cap!

Despite the 4.15 alarm thanks for a grand day out.

Thanks to all concerned for today. Very relaxed and some very helpful people from AM! Not sure if there was a list of who did and didnt arrive but no queuing either, so a better option than waiting in line to get in!

Thanks to whoever sorted the weather - Roof down all the way up and home and now look like a swan vesta!

Just a quick thank you to the PH team for their time in organising yet another successful SS. Your efforts guys, are much appreciated.
Thanks also to Aston for allowing us through their doors. The DB11 is gorgeous and bodes well for the future!
