What's the procedure here? Do we need a printout? Has anyone received the confidentiality agreement mentioned in the article?
I'm leaving early tomorrow morning to head for the Midlands and staying overnight so I don't have the facilities for last minute paperwork.
Ta,
Ian A.
The confidentially agreement is attached as pdf and needs to be signed and handed in on Sunday you will need to print off the smiley as well hthI'm leaving early tomorrow morning to head for the Midlands and staying overnight so I don't have the facilities for last minute paperwork.

I'm afraid it's a case of 'if all else fails, read the instructions'!
I've just done that and it says 'all participants'.
Shame I didn't read that first!
It says participants, not all, not sure my 8 year old nephew needs to sign? Got the paperwork just in case but could PH clarify?I've just done that and it says 'all participants'.
Shame I didn't read that first!

If the email was sent on a Thursday I could print off at work, but as I don't work on a Friday and no printer, I'm going to struggle a bit.
I agree, Thursday was great for the details. I left work at 1530 on Friday, just before the email was sent - I'm gonna have to pop back to print it all off on Saturday morning now. I do have printer btw, it's just its used so little it gets gummed up.Ollie, as I don't really know the etiquette I have a little issue with your donations... I'd love to give something, but there never seems a good time to catch one of you. I left with 3 bags of Haribo last time. Is the merch stand a good place to drop off?

no timing of sending the "email instructions" is going to suit everyone.especially as people continue to drop out until the start time of the event.
If all else fails you can show yourself on the list on your phone at the way in, but printing out the attachments speeds up the entry for everyone.
