there is a Morrison's as you come up to the end of the dual carraigeway you will aproch in left hand lane and turn left towards LONGROCK there on Left next to Mc fecking Ds..

or stay on road to furthe to Penzance and there is a Tesco on the right next to a car dealers..before that is a sainsburys..

I had planned to, but circumstances have conspired against me.
I am planning to get down for the Saturday run, but that is probably only 50% likely at the moment.
