Due to work have had to miss most of this years SS's but was nice to get out to one again. Think that was the largest sausage bap I've ever had. Nice turn out of vehicles to browse. Had a cringe a few times as various children that had been let loose climbing all over cars with little regard for their values! The other half now wants an I8 though.........

Looks like a good event with interesting mix of cars.

I only just trickled in to the 300 list during Sunday so couldnt make it in time. Will need to try and be ready next year to click for a space as soon as they go online, just like when I'm booking my Justin Beiber tickets ..... oh no, wait a minute, didnt mean to say that I, erm, um....

Thanks to those kind enough to post some photos. I ended up watching the BTCC and F1 instead. Apologies for having to pull out the day before, but I was let down over my car being ready.

Is it likely that BMW's HQ will be used again?

Was a great event thanks to PH for sorting it and thank you to BMW for putting on free breakfast rolls and drinks, the sausage baps were fantastic!

Hopefully get some more members of the M5 club on facebook too, me and a Friend carded the M5s in the M5 area

I was the guy in the White F10 that followed you in R33FAL :-)

Loved your car, got a couple in the car park, but the lighting wasn't great, a rare car indeed!

Many thanks to PistonHeads & BMW for a great morning - we were one of the first in & sadly had to leave by 10am - contributing to an empty looking car park - the Exiges, Charger & E28 M5 were my highlights - my 11yr old liked the purple i8 !

Thanks to those at PH who organised this and to BMW for their hospitality, food was great clap

Haven't seen that many F80 M3's in one place before!. Was a good day and a good mix of cars as well, got to love the multi storey acoustic properties...

Thanks PH and BMW and their staff, breakfast was most welcome, never had such a big sausage in my life! Oo er.

Good to see the M5's through the years. The cars inside were sporting some big specs, £90k M3, the 760 at nearly £150k and a 520 diesel at £62k!!

I have to confess that I quite like flip paint jobs getmecoat Although the phone snap doesn't do the i8 justice.

Am I the only M5 geek who thought it was odd that BMW's own Calypso E34 M5 had the wrong wheels?

Other than that, very well organised apart from the parking - there were hundreds of spaces left in the multi-storey. Bacon butties were lovely, PH staff were great, sausage baps were reported as lovely too and I came away thinking I have to wait ten years to get into an M760Li and just tear the ahole out of any other M car of the era.

You'd have to really like them for the cost, nearly £9k for the paint job on that I8!

Pure guess work on my part...... I noticed that you had your windows open so booted it a couple of times so that you can hear the car from behind (as its a lot different inside) plus i have done the vacuum pump trick which makes the exhaust a bit throatier
