Your car was properly awesome! Had a good look round it, I love how unassuming and stock+ it looks until you see under the skin. Super-neat cage and stripped out, sorted fuel system on display, etc. Bet that upsets a lot of "better" cars on trackdays Must go like a go-kart on steroidsThanks for taking a couple of pics smart! I saw a vlogger do a walkaround of my car ,should've asked his YouTube name.
It wasn't the chap at the start of the above or STG who I saw too.
Hi there Dalto....
Hello! Sorry I missed you! It wasn't the chap at the start of the above or STG who I saw too.
Hi there Dalto....

Was that filmed on a potato? Also hate to be "the guy" but is something like this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5fqH0wZbRYk - ~13:05) really appropriate on a public road? - the type of thing that will very quickly stop events happening. I'm all for booting it away (whilst in control and maintaining traction) but that's just a bit chav.
Thing is the number plate isn't even blurred so the guy could be in for a world of pain.
Likely others on the above link, that's just the first one that actually made me want to say something.

Yeah it goes a bit beyond having a bit of fun when it looks like you're almost about to crash and ruin someone elses day.Thing is the number plate isn't even blurred so the guy could be in for a world of pain.

Wouldn't be so bad if the road outside of goodwood were wider but he comes back later in the video going the other way acting like a tosser too
Couldn't say I was surprised though when I saw a bmw about to pull away

Some of it is a bit OTT, like that BMW. Especially when the email from PH expressly said:Thing is the number plate isn't even blurred so the guy could be in for a world of pain.

Notes: We know it’s exciting being at Goodwood, but please do not get carried away and be sensible when arriving and leaving! Failure to do so could severely damage our chances of doing future Sunday Services, and nobody wants that
When I tried to pull away (turning right) there were so many Mini-Shmees took on the left hand side of the road that I didn't have a clear view of the road before pulling out, especially as the road is on a bend, and people can drive down there pretty quickly. I had to tell them to move back as I couldn't see! I was half expecting to find myself on Youtube! Haha! Edited by zed4 on Monday 18th December 09:37
as for the BMW drift lunatic
It would be spectacularly stupid would it not, if you were the person doing that stupid driving, if you then commented on that video saying, oh look thats me leaving like I usually do, with a youtube channel featuring your car and number plate. step forward Mr Gareth Wood - Perhaps PH management should suggest he doesn't attend future events

It's driving like that, that threatens the very existence of the events that we organise. We spend a lot of time and effort organising these events, for free, yet there's always a select few that disregard the rules because they think it looks 'cool' to drive dangerously leaving our events.Thing is the number plate isn't even blurred so the guy could be in for a world of pain.

If you were one of the drivers that left like this, don't bother coming back to a PistonHeads Sunday Service. We all like to have a spirited drive but there's a time and a place; leaving our events is not it.
On the plus side, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with a great turn out and an incredibly eclectic mix of cars. Thanks to those that came along and drove sensibly!
