Anyone see the program on the South Yorks police last night... they hide and everything... Booooo

They're not too bad, actually. They have a website which shows all fixed and mobile cameras, but they do use Vascar a lot (I've been caught twice!). On the whole, you don't see many motorway cops in S. Yorks, and thinking about it, there seems to be fewer (marked) cars about on the local roads. They do paint the cameras, but I suspect only the ones they are keeping active.

On the weather front, it's a lovely sunny day, here in the people's republic, and forecasts suggest it to be even better tomorrow, but possibly a chilly wind. Looking forward to meeting everyone - get some sort of label to identify yourself!!

More weather www.onlineweather.com/v4/uk/city/Barnsley.html - I like the "0%precipitation" bit!!

O.k. it's all sorted. Come off at J36, M1, and head for Sheffield, A61. Ater a bit of dual carriageway, the road narrows a bit, and take the first left, up a little hill, and Tankersley Manor is right in front of you. Follow the road round the front (not under the big archway) and take the second entrance into the car park. Get your cars lined up ready for photos! The bar staff and kitchens have been alerted, but please try to be patient when ordering and waiting for, food - the kitchen is being rebuilt, and only half the area is operative. See you all tomorrow!

Looking forward to going to PH meet at Tankersley Manor tomorrow. I have seen mentioned somewhere before about having an identifying flag in your windscreen so everyone knows who you are.
I have just knocked this up in Paint Shop Pro.

If you fancy one for your own car, then I have a blank one you can download from my website. link

That's the place mrsd - anytime from 11a.m. onwards. Food starts at 12, though. It's misty here at the mo, but hopefully that will clear by lunchtime.

Sorry to have missed you all, hope you had a good afternoon, certainly the weather for it. I was sat in the vets with a projectile retriever. Stupid Bloody B@stard dog decided that eating a manky old dead rabbit he found in a field would be a good idea
